Crawford's is an established database concentrating on the relationships between Major UK Companies and their Professional Advisers. The complete database is available by either purchasing the annual directory Crawford’s Directory of City Connections, published in March, or by subscribing as a Member to CrawfordsOnline - www.crawfordsonline.co.uk.Major UK Companies The database includes UK companies which are:

Each Major UK Company entry has links to the Professional Advisers retained on a long-term basis. Professional Advisers are listed by their area of specialisation as follows:

2) How Is The Information Updated? Advisers are contacted and the database updated with details received, new companies provided by the advisers are also researched and, where appropriate, added to the Crawford’s database. The updated client list provided by the advisers can only be updated if the clients meet Crawford’s criteria for a listing in the Major UK Companies sector. This criteria is detailed above. Furthermore the updated client list is verified by each Major UK Company along with all their contact details. Thus ensuring correct Major Company contact information and no Adviser lists a client to whom they do not supply services on a retained basis. Clients failing to meet these criteria do not get added to Crawford’s and are not therefore included in the advisers client list.
Membership 4) What are the benefits of Membership? Membership will entitle you to search the entire Crawford’s database by all
available search criteria (see below). A search can be done from either a Major UK Company or
Professional Adviser perspective. Once a search is complete you can View and/or
Print a full company record. Membership is available at the following prices:

Once payment has been received you will be emailed a personal access code and can login as a Member via the Home Page. 7) How Do I Use The Membership Reservation Form? Please complete as much information as possible. Name, Email and Telephone Number are compulsory. Press Submit to send the form. Visitors may search the entire Crawford’s database but only by Company Name and/or type of Adviser. The result will show Company Name, Telephone and Web information but visitors do not get access to the full company record. By clicking on any company in the results visitors will see a sample set of the full company record available to Members. See How To Become A Member if you would like access to the entire Crawford’s database.
The Recent Changes search will allow you to search by year, quarter and month any New Flotations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Database Deletions and/or Name Changes. This information is currently unavailable. Please contact Crawford's Editor, Jo Philipp at jo@apinfo.co.uk.12) History Map and Saving Searches By clicking on a search result or organisation in the search history map you can reload the results set or organisation. You can save the results set of single or multiple searches by checking one or more search boxes and naming each search. Then select Save Search(es). You will be prompted to name the Group of searches (even if only one search is selected) which you can reload at any time by selecting Load Previous Search(es). 14) How Do I Load Saved Searches? Select Load Previous Search(es). Click on the Group name to display the individual searches. When they have displayed click on the individual search to load the result set. NOTE: Selecting Delete will remove all unsaved searches and history.
Email Alert Facility 15) Notify Me When Information Changes Next to the search results set is an Alert box. By checking this box you will be notified via email of any changes to the information for that record. The Alert List page shows organisations that you have selected.
